Highlights

Chicken Shawarma is the Middle Eastern fast food equivalent of a hamburger.  And I might even like it better!  Traditionally, they barbeque meat stacked on a large, vertical spit and slice off what they want as they need it.  The recipe here tries to simulate that effect and I think does a good job. It makes a pretty good sandwich.

Lebanese Falafels are unusual to most Western tastes, but interesting and worth trying.  They're kind of fun to make.
