Highlights

Australian BBQ Lamb Chops is our favourite chops recipe.  We usually serve them Italian-Jewish Potatoes and stuffed or broiled zucchini.

The Cranberry Crusted Rack of Lamb is always at hit at a dinner party.  We got the recipe years ago from a friend who introduced it to our Fairwinds Diners Club and have shared it with great success ever since.
